New Enrollment Information

Evaluations are required for all students, 1st-12th grades, before being placed for admission.

New student evaluation dates are scheduled throughout the year.

In comparing our students' "Stanford" test scores with Newton and Rockdale County Public School's test scores, there is a remarkable difference. Woodlee's students that have been enrolled two years or less tested 1 to 1 1/2 points higher than public school students. Woodlee's students that have been enrolled as preschoolers tested 3 to 3 1/2 points higher than public school students. We give God the Glory! It is Him who enables us with the wisdom to reach the students emotionally, spiritually, and academically.

Admissions

Admissions Procedures*

Please follow each of these steps closely and complete them in order.
  1. The student and parent/guardian schedule a tour of the school through the front office staff
  2. The student and parent/guardian arrive for a tour and complete a Potential Student Form
  3. After the tour, the parent/guardian receives a Pre-Enrollment Packet and Student Handbook
  4. The completed Pre-Enrollment Packet is returned (all forms must be received by the front office before moving forward in the process)
  5. After Pre-Enrollment is confirmed, the parent/guardian is informed, and a testing date is scheduled (for 1st-9th grades)
  6. The parent/guardian receives an Enrollment Packet
  7. The completed Enrollment Packet is returned and an Enrollment Meeting is scheduled
  8. At the Enrollment Meeting, the parent/guardian pays the applicable fees and the student is enrolled
*Information gathered from the Pre-Enrollment Packet (Permanent Record, grades, transcript, and references) will not necessarily qualify or disqualify a student from enrollment.
